Kingsbarn announced on March 28, 2025 that it had acquired, with Barker Pacific Group, the 232,000-square-foot Mission Ridge Class A office complex in Mission Viejo, California from Barings for $32 million ⁵. On April 1, 2025, Kingsbarn announced that affiliate Kingsbarn Development Opportunities had completed the March 19, 2025 sale of a newly constructed TA Travel Center in Ash Fork, Arizona for $61.7 million ⁶.

On April 2, 2025, Kingsbarn announced the acquisition of the eight-story office building at 1601 Vine Street in Los Angeles, occupied by Skims ⁷; on August 21, 2025 it announced the KB Hollywood DST offering of that property, leased to SKIMS Body, Inc., for accredited investors using a 1031 exchange ⁸.

LP v KB DST Borrower LLC, a March 11, 2024 New York Supreme Court opinion involving Kingsbarn Realty Capital, LLC and Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital 2, LLC, the court granted the plaintiffs' sealing motion, required a redacted loan agreement, and sealed specified filings; the opinion did not award damages or adjudicate liability ¹³.
