Since 2024, the platform has emphasized single-tenant net-lease travel centers and automotive properties. Kingsbarn acquired a Tesla sales and service center in Northbrook, Illinois in September 2024, structured as KB Northbrook, DST 3; and TA Express travel centers in Houston, Texas in August 2025 4, Kingsville, Texas in October 2025 5, Kilgore, Texas in December 2025 6, Nacogdoches, Texas in February 2026 7, and Fairfield, Texas in February 2026 8, followed by a TA travel center in Lincoln, Alabama in June 2026 9. In August 2025, Kingsbarn announced KB Hollywood, DST, a 115,589-square-foot Class-A office at 1601 Vine Street on Hollywood's Walk of Fame, leased primarily to SKIMS Body, Inc. 11.
