The Tri-City Center in San Bernardino, California, sold on January 23, 2024, as JLL reported. The property was the asset of KB Tri-City II DST, a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) sponsored by Kingsbarn Realty Capital, and the closing takes that offering full cycle. Inland Empire Business Daily also reported the sale, and Kingsbarn's own Instagram account marked the Tri-City II sale, per Top1031's disposition record.
