A May 1, 2026 offering memorandum states that SRRT is externally managed by SRRT Advisor, LLC 2. Programs carrying the sponsor's name include SRRT 1201 Industrial DST, first filed in 2025, and SRRT Square 2 DST, SRRT Benson DST and SRRT 5902 Industrial DST, each first filed in 2026 5. A June 11, 2025 Schafer Richardson announcement stated that SRRT closed a $32.9 million Kansas City commercial portfolio — a 500,000-square-foot industrial property leased to Wagner Logistics, an adjacent United Rentals facility and approximately 12 acres of excess land — structured as the company's fourth DST 6.
