On June 11, 2026, Sealy announced the acquisition of Raymore Commerce Center Building 2, a 498,599-square-foot Class A cross-dock facility in the Kansas City market that the firm reported as 100% occupied5. On June 15, 2026, it announced the acquisition of two fully occupied industrial properties in Houston's Inner Loop totaling approximately 324,099 square feet6. On June 25, 2026, Sealy announced the purchase of a fully leased 90,000-square-foot industrial facility at 5607 Lindbergh Drive in Omaha, Nebraska, which the release identified as the company's first Nebraska acquisition7.

Reported dispositions

In a July 19, 2024 announcement, Sealy reported completing the disposition of two fully leased industrial buildings, one in Lexington, Kentucky and one in Houston, Texas8.
