Rance King Properties (RK Properties) is a multifamily real estate sponsor that states it has focused exclusively on apartment investments since 1976 and acquires properties across the United States. For 1976 through 2024 the firm reports purchasing 163 properties valued at more than $3 billion in today's dollars, with 147 properties having completed their investment cycles and more than 7,000 investors served. RK Properties says its investment structure changed to Delaware statutory trusts in mid-2017 and that its last tenant-in-common property went full cycle in 2022.
