Sponsor material dated March 18, 2026 reports 54 full-cycle realizations since 2006 and states that Olympus completed the sale of The Everett, a 264-unit Midland property, in December 2025 for approximately $215,000 per unit6. A September 11, 2025 announcement on the firm's entry into the retail wealth channel said Olympus Institutional Access Fund, LLC, Series A closed in June 2025 after raising $15 million11.
