What the record shows

Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm whose exchange business runs through the Hines Real Estate Exchange (HREX), a platform giving qualified investors interests in Delaware statutory trusts that hold assets sourced from Hines Global Income Trust. On June 9, 2026, Hines Private Wealth Solutions reported completing more than $1.1 billion across eight HREX DST offerings since the platform launched in 2022, including HREX 8 DST, a $145 million offering holding Montrose Collective in Houston. Hines Global Income Trust reported holding twelve properties through its DST Program as of December 31, 2025.

Published Grade summary

The public record tracks 8 Programs over 3 yrs, with 6 lifecycle-eligible, 0 seasoned, and 0 distress events documented. All 6 lifecycle-eligible Programs are recorded as property sold; result unknown — each outcome is acknowledged without a published figure, so 0 have a figure published and 0 are silent. The audit rests on 9 citations at a proof depth of 3, with no recorded floor; an absence of documented adverse events is not evidence of safety.
