Hines reports a property and asset-management portfolio of 837 properties covering more than 299 million square feet, 151 developments underway, 4,638 team members, and operations in 30 countries; the firm states that its assets-under-management figure includes global Hines and RIA assets as of December 31, 2025 ¹.
