Technology-enabled small multifamily platform

Groma's platform focuses on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating small- and mid-size multifamily assets through a technology-enabled operating platform 1. Groma Advisor, LLC is described as a wholly owned GromaCorp subsidiary that externally manages the Groma Real Estate Trust, which has no employees and whose day-to-day operations are handled by the advisor 1. Groma reported that, as of May 15, 2026, that trust held equity interests in more than 120 multifamily assets 1.

Delaware statutory trust record

Groma states that it has sponsored three Delaware statutory trust vehicles alongside one Opportunity Zone vehicle 1.
