Under Forum Exchange, a Delaware statutory trust interest carries an option to later execute a 721 exchange into the FMREIT operating partnership, and Forum's materials state that the master tenant is a wholly owned subsidiary of FMREIT OP and that the master lease is guaranteed by FMREIT OP4.
