Who is behind this record?

Platform and strategy

On May 17, 2024, a Business Wire release announced the launch and rebrand of the net-lease principal-investments platform as SECURE PROPERTIES, led by Brian Mansouri, and described the firm as specializing in the investment, financing, and management of operationally essential, single-tenant, triple-net-leased real estate throughout the United States2. The Investment Platforms page footer identifies the operating entity as Secure Properties, LLC1. Secure's website states that it owns and manages a diversified portfolio exceeding $1.6 billion, representing more than 450 properties3, and that since 2020 it has sponsored 100 privately offered real-estate programs and raised nearly $1 billion from more than 100 investors4. Secure says triple-net leases provide passive income with minimal landlord responsibilities while its vertically integrated team handles acquisition, financing, and operations, and that its offerings are structured for private investors, family offices, and institutions seeking net-lease exposure through customized, tax-efficient structures1.

Delaware Statutory Trust platform

Secure describes its DSTs as pooling multiple properties for diversification across sectors including automotive, consumer services, healthcare, industrial, and restaurants, and as a way for accredited investors to exchange into institutional-quality net-lease assets while deferring capital gains taxes1.

Sale-leaseback record

Secure's announced acquisitions center on sale-leasebacks negotiated directly with operators. On July 29, 2025, the firm announced the closing of a 12-property dental sale-leaseback in Florida leased to Monticciolo Family Sedation & Dentistry, reported at $28 million6. On January 13, 2026, it announced the acquisition of a 15-property portfolio operated under the Take 5 Oil Change banner through a direct, long-term sale-leaseback with Driven Brands7. On February 24, 2026, it announced completion of a nine-property Main Street Auto sale-leaseback, describing the transaction as its third closing with that operator and a follow-on to portfolios completed in 2024 and 20258. On the disposition side, Secure and Orion Real Estate Group sold two Parachute Plasma locations in Charleston, Illinois, and Vincennes, Indiana, with development services provided by United Global Development Company9.
