On July 14, 2026, the sponsor announced the full-cycle completion of a single-tenant office investment at 2200 Bentonville in Bentonville, Arkansas, and stated that investors realized a 41% effective rate of return ⁹. The firm describes that asset as approximately 30,829 square feet of office space leased to The Clorox Company ².
