Two Communities Under Sun Belt Multifamily Portfolio DST Sold in 2026

Both transactions were reported at the property level, which classifies the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) as a partial sale rather than a completed full cycle.

Published Updated

Two apartment communities matching the profile of the portfolio assembled under Sun Belt Multifamily Portfolio DST sold in 2026. The 378-unit Preserve at Tampa Palms, in Tampa, sold for $67.5 million, as reported by Tampa Bay Business & Wealth in its account of the transaction. The 392-unit Ranch at Pinnacle Point, in Rogers, Arkansas, sold for $63.2 million, as reported by Talk Business & Politics in its account, which names Weidner as the buyer.

The link between those properties and the Trust rests on the match between the properties and the offering profile, not on a document naming the Trust as the seller. Neither transaction was identified in an SEC filing by the Trust, and no announcement by Inland Private Capital of the sales or of a full cycle for the Trust was identified.
