Inland Private Capital Sold Pharmacy Portfolio III DST's Properties After a 10.9-Year Hold

The Trust's properties changed hands inside a pharmacy portfolio transaction that also carried a second trust, and the Sponsor's announcement is the only public account of the result.

Published Updated

Inland Private Capital sold the properties held by Pharmacy Portfolio III DST on July 14, 2022. The Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) went out inside a combined $80 million pharmacy portfolio sale, as reported by the sponsor in its July 14, 2022 announcement.

Two percentages are the whole of the disclosed outcome, and both are the Sponsor's own.

The offering documents that would have set out the Trust's distribution terms are not public. The Form D is the only filing an investor can read, and it carries no performance figures.

Trade coverage followed the announcement. IREI reported the portfolio sale, and AltsWire published its own item, under a URL carrying a total-return figure that differs from the figure in the Sponsor's announcement. Nothing on the record settles whether that other figure describes this Trust, the trust it sold with, or the two together. Top1031 relies on the Sponsor's announcement, the document the numbers originate in.

What the public record does not show is the buyer, or how the combined price was divided between the two trusts.
