Inland Private Capital Corporation reported closing the sale of Freedom Commons, an 81,760-square-foot retail center at 1703-1847 Freedom Drive in Naperville, Illinois, on September 8, 2017. Inland held the property through Naperville Retail Center DST, the Trust it raised under a Form D first filed August 29, 2013. That offering carried a maximum amount of $11,822,500 and a $25,000 minimum investment, sold under Rule 506(b).

From the first filing to the closing, the hold ran just over four years.

Inland's disposition announcement reported a total return to investors of 149%, as reported by the sponsor (Inland Private Capital). It reported an average annual return of 15.59%, as reported by the sponsor (Inland Private Capital). The announcement did not state a sale price.
