Inland Private Capital brought its FL-NY Multifamily Portfolio DST to full cycle on October 26, 2021, selling the three apartment communities the Trust held in a single liquidity event.

The Trust's first Form D reached the SEC on February 16, 2016. Measured from that filing to the sale, the hold runs 5.7 years. When the Trust acquired the properties is not on the public record.

As filed, the Offering set a ceiling of $61.15 million in equity and a $25,000 minimum investment, sold under Rule 506(b). Those are the terms the Trust opened on.
