Capital Square Sold the Duke-Leased Creedmoor Building Behind CSRA NC MOB, DST, Eight Years After the First Form D

The sponsor's announcement is the only public account of the exit; no sale price and no buyer appear anywhere on the record.

Creedmoor is the 12th Capital Square full cycle in Top1031's record, which held 11 before it. That tally counts documented dispositions only; a sponsor's own count of completed programs may be compiled on a different basis and is not reconciled with it here.

Set against the announcement, the offering's own paper trail is thin. The Form D carries no performance figures, and the private placement memorandum that would state the distribution terms was never public. What the Trust told its investors at the outset cannot be read from the filing record.
