Capital Square completed a Section 721 UPREIT roll of CS1031 Old Towne Loft Apartments, DST, on January 8, 2025, contributing the trust's sole asset, Mayton Transfer Lofts in Old Towne Petersburg, Virginia, to Capital Square Housing Trust, a REIT the same sponsor manages (AltsWire).
