Passco Twenty25 DST's Kennesaw Property Sold to Forum Investment Group

Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale on behalf of Passco Companies; the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offering behind it dates to a December 2014 Form D.

Published Updated

Twenty25 Barrett, a 238-unit Class A apartment community at 2025 Barrett Lakes Blvd NW in Kennesaw, Georgia, sold to Forum Investment Group for $64.75 million, as reported by the sponsor in its newsroom release, a price paid for the real estate and not a distribution figure at the Trust level. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale on behalf of Passco Companies.

The release does not name Passco Twenty25 DST, the Trust that held the property for exchange investors, and no full-cycle announcement at the Trust level carries an equity multiple, a total return, an annualized return, or a sale date. Without a closing date, the record fixes no hold period. What investors received is not public.

Passco Companies acquired the newly constructed, LEED Gold certified community in Kennesaw, per its acquisition release. The Trust's first Form D came on December 16, 2014.

That filing discloses size and minimum and nothing else about the economics. The distribution terms sat in the private placement memorandum, which was not a public document then and is not one now.
