Every Form D amendment NexPoint Outlook DST has filed since January reports more equity sold than the one before it. None has yet reported half the ceiling, which is where Top1031's pace metric takes its first reading.
The Trust is a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) sponsored by NexPoint. Raise velocity, the figure Top1031 computes from an offering's own Form D amendments - the days from the first sale to 50% of the stated ceiling, and to 90% of it - has no value here yet. The first sale is dated January 26, 2026, and the equity reported since has not crossed either mark. The metric is censored: an open pace rather than a stated one.
What the filings do show is the shape of the accumulation, against a ceiling of $32.9 million that no amendment has revised.
Filing | Date | Amount sold | Investors | % of ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
January 28, 2026 | $312,500 | 1 | 0.9% | |
February 18, 2026 | $1,295,000 | 4 | 3.9% | |
April 28, 2026 | $2,236,000 | 8 | 6.8% | |
June 30, 2026 | $5,783,245 | 19 | 17.6% | |
August 5, 2026 | $8,278,256 | 24 | 25.2% |
That is the useful part of a censored raise. The direction is legible even when the milestone is not.
Nothing in the record explains the pace. Form D reports dollars, investor counts, a $100,000 minimum investment and an exemption claim, here 506(c); it does not report reasons, and NexPoint has made no statement on this raise that Top1031 has found. The record classifies the asset as Other Real Estate and names no property. Amount sold is as the filing reports it, current to the filing date rather than to today.
None of this is a verdict on the offering. Subscription measures subscription. The investors who have funded the Trust decided to fund it, which says nothing about the property, the terms, or what the sponsor later reports on either.
If a later amendment reports half the ceiling sold, its filing date will establish the first days-to-50 reading. A filing below that threshold will add another dated amount to the record.
