An Inland affiliate announced the July 7, 2026 sale of two Holland, Michigan hotels, the most likely disposition for Detroit Hospitality DST

Detroit Hospitality DST's own public record is a single Form D that names Inland Private Capital as Sponsor and no property or market.

Published Updated

An affiliate of Inland National Development Company, LLC announced on July 7, 2026 the sale of Tru by Hilton Holland and Home2 Suites by Hilton Holland, in Holland, Michigan, in a news release. Detroit Hospitality DST, a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) sponsored by Inland Private Capital, does not appear in it.

Top1031 treats that transaction as the most likely disposition for the Trust, and the basis is circumstantial: Inland-affiliated hospitality assets in Michigan, sold inside the window Top1031 tracks for this Trust. No filing located under the Trust's own CIK records the sale. Holland is in west Michigan. The Trust's marketing title names Detroit.

The Trust's own paper trail is one filing.

Top1031's disposition record cites two sources for the Holland sale price. One is the news release, which does not name the Trust. The other is a White Law Group page that does name it, in a notice that the firm is investigating potential claims involving Detroit Hospitality DST. Top1031 has not established that the notice ties the Trust to the Holland hotels, so on the record as it stands no single source names both the Trust and that transaction. No total return, annualized return, or equity multiple has been disclosed for the Trust, and no source states a hold period.

Adding this one to that record would take a document naming the Trust and the sale together, and no such document is public.
