An apartment community in Franklin, Massachusetts passed to DSF Group, closing a residential Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offering that first filed in November 2019.

The Westerly at Forge Park, the apartment community at 50 Woodview Way in Franklin, Massachusetts, changed hands on May 20, 2025, when Bluerock Real Estate of Michigan sold it to DSF Group for $101 million, as reported by the sponsor on its portfolio page. It was the BR Westerly, DST property.

No hold period was disclosed. The Trust filed its first Form D on November 25, 2019, and the sale closed in May 2025, a span of 5.5 years measured from first filing to sale rather than from acquisition.
